Silicone P-Seal

Amphenol CIT offers a Silicone P-Seal which can be used in a variety of applications. This flexible P-seal is great for filling in various sizes of gaps between components/structures, such as trays and blanking plates. The adaptable design allows for creating a tight seal between the surface it is assembled onto, or the others surfaces it is in contact with. A variety of lengths are available per request.

Drawing & Dimensions

Below are the standard dimensions for the P-Seal. ACIT recommends having a gap no bigger than 0.25" in between components (i.e., in between trays) so that the outer diameter of the P-Seal can compress and form an airtight gap. The P-Seal can be cut to a desired length with a maximum length of 4 ft.
