I have worked for Amphenol CIT for a quarter of a century, and my journey has taken me to almost every area of the plant. I started out on the production floor, and I’m now in a salaried position. ACIT has been great to me, and it’s a great company to work for.

I have been employed with ACIT since 2021. Since then, I have gone through a ton of life changes. One major medical emergency required inpatient rehab, and one major elective surgery. Our insurance is world-class and has supported me through both, and our HR department handled all the necessary paperwork to keep me paid while I was out. I truly believe my quality of life has improved because of having the backing of a company devoted to making sure its employees are well taken care of. Not to mention the belief in promoting from within. Thank you, ACIT, I’m eternally grateful for everything!
